Does every gay guy prefer a muscular/toned/sporty body?

Of course there are slim twinks and chubby bears/cubs. Are they just a fetish, a type of guy you would fuck if you got the opportunity, but they dont have the 'ideal' body type?

In general a manly man is preferred so I would guess that a muscular/toned man is also preferred because that is a body type associated with being manly.

To be honest the body type isn't really important to me. There's a variety of components that make up what I find attractive. That varies from person to person.

Let me ask this differently:

If you would have to fuck a guy and you had to choose between men wearing a mask and with pants on so you cant see the dick/ass but without shirt and they all were the same height and had the same skin color and the hands were equally big and the arms had the same length etc. then what body type would you choose

Hmm - I'm all about the arse .. but, given the criteria above, my idea type would be a guy who's beefy, stocky with decent arms. Have been with quite a few "perfect toned body" type guys and 20 years ago would have said that was my ideal.. but there's something about the feel of a rock hard body that doesn't really do anything for me .. love a fleshy arse and quite like a little bit of a nicely shaped gut ,, love big pecs and nice shaped arms ..but really what I consider nice in all those regards is reasonably broad. Do not go for skinny guys at all .. and while I get into fleshy types .. there's a limit on how big

I refrain from posting in all sorts of threads because I don't care to involve myself in them. I'm responding here for a reason. Do you find it hard to believe that I would have such a lack of interest in body types that I would pass up an opportunity to have sex with one or the other body if given a choice of types?

Ok so u dont care about bodytype.

When u think about your ideal man who is handsome, funny, educated etc. you dont think about a body type. Your ideal man could be fat thin obese muscular etc.

There's no "every"... ever. So the answer to your question is a resounding no.

Many can appreciate a muscular body, but plenty of folks don't find it sexually interesting. I would say it's more appropriate to say that a reasonable number of people fetishize bodybuilders, ripped abs, veins like garden hoses, etc. Probably just as many as fetishize chubby dudes or hairy dudes, or femme dudes, or... take your pick.

As a life-long slightly chubby guy, I can tell you that a great many of the men I've had sex with probably appreciated some nice abs or muscles, but were just as happy to have my dick in them. And personally, while I like some cute bubble-butt twinks, having been with some really ripped guys I find their bodies often not very appealing when it comes to actually cuddling with them. And interestingly, I find the mindset and personalities that go with ripped bodies to often be highly unattractive.

So, with all due respect, asking absolutist questions like the one you posed is not very productive except as a rhetorical device. If you can think of it, someone is jerking off to it. One-legged red-heads in a nun's habit? Yup. Half-chubby man/half-corgi with three penises? Yup. Roided-out muscle dude with a micropenis? Yup.

Since masculinity is the first characteristic I notice and attracts me to a man, If one isn’t masculine I have absolutely no interest regardless of body type ...

I don't mind the muscles but he needs a sandwich, or two, to give him a decent layer of fat over it all. Doesn't need to be a huge amount but ripped/shredded looks too severe to be sexy and ain't much fun to cuddle with.

Based on immediate physical attraction, I always find I’m more attracted to dad bods, beefcakes and average built body types.

I admire the amount of commitment muscle guys take to shape their physique but that’s as far as it goes for me.
