Well it's not necessarily what people were looking for but I found something of Aaron Brumfield. Apparently in 2003, he participated in this VH1 special about actors changing something of their appearance to make it big in Hollywood.
The piece featuring Aaron focused on his mainstream acting goals, and how he felt the one thing holding him back was his big nipples. He explains that he was extremely insecure about how his gynecomastia was making his pecs look a little like female breasts, and so he had surgery (his procedure IS shown in the video) to remove the fat behind his nipples.
What can say, you guys asked for new stuff on him.

Unfortunately I don't think there will be any new content, he is 51 now and his last film credit was in 2016. Check IMDB, except a few softcore movies he did in early 2000s, he hasn't really done much in the film industry, he was often cast as a bodyguard or security guy type extras...anyway it's really not easy to be an actor in Hollywood.

Aaron Brumfield (February 10, 1970) is a bodybuilder and actor. His television and movie roles usually consist of playing the bodyguard, or part of the group of villains.

Apart from appearances in action movies and drama series, he ais also an actor in softcore porn, particularly in the Playboy television series Sex Court (1998) as the muscle hunk Onyx, in which he participated in sex scenes and orgies in front of a viewing audience. He reprised his role as Onyx in the film version, briefly appearing nude in his sex scene.
