I never knew this.Well it's not necessarily what people were looking for but I found something of Aaron Brumfield. Apparently in 2003, he participated in this VH1 special about actors changing something of their appearance to make it big in Hollywood.
The piece featuring Aaron focused on his mainstream acting goals, and how he felt the one thing holding him back was his big nipples. He explains that he was extremely insecure about how his gynecomastia was making his pecs look a little like female breasts, and so he had surgery (his procedure IS shown in the video) to remove the fat behind his nipples.
What can say, you guys asked for new stuff on him.
