That message was probably mass sent to all his followers in hopes that it would trick you into thinking he really wants to talk to you. A tactic that makes it more likely he pays someone to manage his OF.

It is and it's pretty scummy. It shows what he thinks of all the people that sub to him, they are nothing more than $$$.

I doubt he has someone managing his account, there's nothing to really manage apart from reply to the people that fall for this sort of thing.
