I don't know about their credibility or anything in general but they didn't say Tom Hardy was circumcised, they featured him as a "hoodie of the month" where they post one uncut guy or "hoodie" of each month
It said nothing about that on the post I saw. The whole website is poor to be honest it’s a name and a picture of them fully clothed, I could find the same on google

To be fair, It can be very hard to tell sometimes, depending on how good a look we get.
Jack has nudes leaked where it shows he's uncut. Strong chance his brother is same. Also he called out Josh Pieters for being cut twice in different videos trying to embarass him so he probably hasn't seen many others.

Jim Chapman has spoken about being circumcised on his videos. I think he was done at about 12 or 13 due to a tight foreskin.
