British Celebs - Cut Or Uncut?

In the UK less than 0.1% of the population is circumcised for non religious reasons.

so as a rule of thumb it’s true.

so doesn’t need to be discussed

Not sure where you got that figure from 20.7% are circumcised in the uk, I don’t see how you can 0.1% is non religious you don’t know that. At least 4 of my friends are circumcised all for non religious.

You’re obviously against circumcision

The vast majority of circumcisions in the UK are in the Muslim community.

You don’t know that you could say the same for the Jewish community,

The last census 4.4% Muslim 0.4% Judaism which makes at least 16% non religious circumcision

I’m against it because I stated it’s very low?

because I stated the ONS statistics?

In the UK infant Is only allowed on medical grounds (very few) and religious.
In fact there is no legal restriction on infant circumcisions, although a mandatory ban, like that in Sweden and elsewhere, has been discussed in Parliamentary committee, but they are afraid of being accused of being anti-semitic or islamaphobic. The only restriction is that in most areas the NHS will not fund it, but it can still be done privately.

it's not unreasonable, speaking generally, to assume that the majority of white British celebrities are uncircumcised. The same applies to black British celebs of Caribbean descent and British people of Indian descent and data backs up this assumption.

As per NCT.org (see below), The infant circumcision rate in the UK is 8.5%. The vast majority of these will be due to religious or cultural reasons.

Whilst there are some people (including posters in this thread) who are/were circumcised in later life, this is not common and in most cases would be due to medical reasons such as Phimosis or inflammation/infection of the foreskin whilst some will be personal choice although again, this would be not common.

The UK NHS website has a section on why circumcision is carried out and in their section on 'non-medical reasons' they state the below indicating the main driver for circumcision in the UK is cultural/religious or medical:

Circumcision is a common practice in the Jewish and Islamic communities, and it's also practised by many African communities.

Again this indicates it is uncommon for non-medical circumcision to be carried in the UK for reasons other than religious or cultural purposes.

So, there you go, it is very likely that non-Muslim, Black British people of Caribbean descent and Non-Jewish British people are uncircumcised ergo, it's also very likely that the same would hold true for celebs in those categories.

Is male circumcision for babies common in the UK?
It’s estimated approximately 8.5% of men in the UK are circumcised. Over the past few decades the rate of circumcision for baby boys in the UK has significantly decreased. It’s estimated that post-neonatal therapeutic circumcision remains constant at a rate of about 3%.

Circumcision is more usual in certain cultural or religious communities. Men of ethnic minorities (except those of black Caribbean ethnicity) were significantly more likely to be circumcised than those described as white. Most Jewish boys are circumcised (98.7%) and 9.8% of Sikhs, Hindus, and Buddhists are circumcised.

Here's a few that I've seen out and about that would fit your question:

Jake Quickenden (singer, I'm a Celebrity, X-Factor): Small and uncut with a lot of foreskin
Olly Alexander (singer Years and Years): Normal uncut (serious BO)
Cel Spellman: (actor and Radio 1) Normal uncut
Tom Fletcher (bank Mc Fly): Average uncut slightly longer than average foreskin
Ben Hardy (actor Eastenders and X Men): Normal uncut
Freddie Fox (actor various): Average uncut head peaking out
Calvin Demba (actor Hollyoaks): Medium length uncut, leans to one side
Dean Smith (actor Waterloo Rd): Small and uncut with long foreskin
Robert Lindsay (actor various incl My Family): average uncut but very dark skinned
Matthew Horne: uncut and thick

Be a little careful believing the comedians, a comedians act is typically fictional.

How can you not be, there should be NO reason whatsoever except for medical need. It’s barbaric and unnecessary, an outdated and strange act. FGM is illegal so this should be. It’s mutilation. It’s MY opinion I don’t care!!!!!! Billions of men who don’t have it are proof you don’t need it. Imagine doing that to a poor innocent baby, how weird as well. It’s bizarre
