In my early 20s, I nearly did. I suffered from frequent small tears in the foreskin, which were painful and put me out of action for several days at a time (to the irritation of the g/f that I was seeing at the time). I seriously considered getting circumcised but, after 12-18 months, the foreskin (presumably) stretched - and I've never had a problem since, although I'd prefer my foreskin to be fractionally looser that it is. I'm happy that I didn't take the plunge, though, as I think that I might have regretted it later.
