On one hand, it's a soap and every single couple cheats on each other (or nearly every) but on the other hand, it demonstrates a lack of creativity on the show's part.
Without Ben, Callum's a nothing character and the show made him that way and poor Johnny is constantly having to deal with Linda's self destruction.
Both characters should be having active love lives, just not with each other.
I'm not surprised with the show going down this path but it's an uninteresting one for me.
Also, they really don't give a fuck about Felix. Why is he still there?
