I don't think so, I had many video calls with him and his room was not that big, super messy, etc. It looked average.
His entire family owns a chain of popular Mexican seafood restaurants all over SoCal . All of his family has money. I think (just personal reasoning) that for some heterosexual men especially for heterosexual men withing gym culture/bodybuilding sexual exhibitionism is a form of gaining status among peers when they are desired by others. In the past the one who got laid more often gained status as the alpha male; today you they also gain some kind of status through nudity and having a crowd of gay men drooling and paying them for their naked bodies.
Perhaps some of this is true about this guy but certainly the extra money is a great motivation.
I don't think 'normal' gym dudes would choose a career including OnlyFans. Don't forget a lot of gym dudes have normal jobs and sees the gym as a hobby and not as their whole image. I've suggested to plenty of my straight mates, joklingly, to create an OnlyFans, but a lot of them still got a poor body image, girlfriends wishing for traditional relationships, thinking its 'whoring', even though they still likely watch girls do it. So while you may be right in sex/number of people you've slept with may be favoursome to some - Sharing the sex act itself with others/strangers/for money is still largely considered whoring. Not to mention, in modern society even men can be considered sluts for having slept with many or often. The OnlyFans creators are a different kind of breed.
