So here's how it went
* He replied to a ss of Charlie's twitter post (not sure) basically saying that he won't be posting frontals (also, I don't know the legitimacy of the ss.)
*He then replied, "what is even the point of charging people without anything wed[sic] like to see?"
1. Now my thought process with that comment is like, "Why'd you even have to type that?" Like, you do know that OnlyFans is not EXCLUSIVELY for nudity content (the things "wed[sic] like to see") as a LOT of people have their own workout/fitness-dedicated, cooking-dedicated, music-dedicated, etc, basically SFW-dedicated accounts, right? Contents that cater to SFW-seekers. Or are you just too hypnotized or misinformed with OnlyFans as the platform for d!cks and f*cks?
2. He mentioned "charging people" and like I said earlier, you don't have to subscribe. You DON'T have to subscribe! And in turn HE DOESN'T have to CHARGE YOU. He WON'T charge you if you don't subscribe. If you're all like, "Well, I don't like it if the content he'll put out doesn't contain nudity" or "what's even the point if there's no nudity?" Then, go! You do you. Don't subscribe. You know what happens then? You wanna know what happens next if you don't subscribe? What will happen is YOU WON'T BE CHARGED.
3. And the fact that he said, "Thanks, Capt. Obvious" and I'm like, "You still don't get it. I was seriously making fun of it. That's why I replied. The whole point of my first reply was a.) Not to help you, but b.) To laugh and go, "Are you serious right now? Like if it's such a problem to you or you get turned off that ge won't post nudity then don't subscribe. Just don't. Then you won't have the (eventual) problem of worrying about the fees. Period.
So what is the point of Charlie joining OnlyFans? The point is Charlie Matthews wants to post more of his content on OnlyFans. Contents, mind you, contents that Instagram deems too risque and to NSFW for the platform. And if you follow Charlie on IG, YOU'd know his frustration whenever he post a somewhat-almost-maybe risque photo (from his modelling work) on instagram that it'd be taken down minutes (or hours) later. So the way I see it, Charlie wanted to have another platform where he can post his risque-erotic-nsfw-deemed content without the possibility of it getting taken down AND at the same time, get paif for it.
So that's that.
My takeaway?
My takeaways would be OnlyFans is not JUST for nudity, anyone who joins OnlyFans are not obligated to post nudity (and yes, he didn't say it was an obligation but come on, I'm not stupid. That's what he impiles with, and I again quote, "wed[sic] like to see") and I called it.
