we won’t have nudity because Tolkien doesn’t depict sexuality and sex in his texts & part of the reason why this show has been so successful is because it is family entertainment.

Yes, even though I was so tempted by the view of the nude skin of frodo in the great movies.Maybe screenplayers could use some liberty in depicting some semi nude scene.

We certainly won't. The only time they could show some nudity was when the elves were healing Halbrand and they did not use that opportunity. Plus there never was nudity in LOTR (I think).

Allbrand should have been shown in his aggressive, sensual masculinity...

Uhhh...what? I'm white (I don't care if you are) and I find that insulting. It's a boring show because it's a boring show, not because it's predominately white. Pro-tip: if you're going to watch it, do so tipsy or stoned. I was watching it for the billion dollar train wreck it is, screenshotting beautiful scenes regardless, but last episode I was totally wasted, and I found it way more normally enjoyable.

No, there won't be nudity on this one (House of the Dragon it's not), but seriously, they couldn't give us one good shot of shirtless Sauron in the bed? People...
