To be honest - I wanted him to play himself. He confirmed to me that he's a scammer. He will not get another token from me. In the end he's the biggest loser.
I have gotten my tokens back from other scammers. However, with this guy I wanted him to reflect on why he lost me as supporter. That is - If he's even intelligent enough to put it all together.

Please beware Davemills19 on chaturbate. He is a scammer. He took me into a password show for 400 tokens and then asked for more. I told him I didn't have anymore and he banned me. No, there was no prior mention of needing additional tokens. The whole interaction was about 3 minutes long. He hides his like ratio too which should have been a dead giveaway.

I've dealt with this guy. I wanted a pvt show and he demanded that I send him 2,000 tokens immediately.
When I repeated the price for a Pvt Cum Show on his menu he said - "...oh yeah - I forgot..."
I think I tipped the dude 25 tokens and I hope he invested his profits. Needless to say - I will not be returning to this losers' page.

You omit what WAS mentioned prior to entering the password chat. You call it a show, but if you were the only person in it, it doesn't sound so much like a show anymore. For only 400 tokens? People set goals for far higher than that just to take off a shirt.
Without further evidence, and due to the manner with which you describe the situation I have trouble concluding they are the scammer rather than perhaps you are cheap and greedy.

He's being honest. I've dealt with the guy.
He has prices on his menu that are really cheap but he will not honor them without rancor. He quoted me 2000 tokens for a pvt cum show but his menu said half that. Maybe 400 or 500 tokens.
He's a cute guy but not very good at scamming.

I've had a similar experience where I have bought a password show and the model didn't deliver (not the same model as you) and I had to email CB about it. My experience was very negative. Basically I paid 1000 tokens for a password show and then the model disappeared and then banned me with no explanation or further discussion. When I complained to CB asking for a refund I was told that they didn't believe I had been banned (even though I provided screenshots) then they said they couldn't give me a refund because the model refused! I was so angry! I did not let it rest and eventually got a refund after weeks of back and forth emails. Needless to say I have not bought any more tokens from CB (which has saved me a fortune so it's not all bad.) My advice would be to email them immediately. Don't let the model steal your money and don't be put off by the negative response you may get from CB (hopefully your experience will be better than mine.) And don't let other ignorant people come at you - as you said it was what was agreed so what does it matter if it was 400 tokens or 1000 and these one on one shows are extremely common. Good luck.

I've actually had a fairly good relationship with CB staff related to getting my tokens returned.
The key is to use "snip it" tool or screen shot to capture the entire conversation with the model. Present that and they normally will refund you.
It can take additional mins and normally the models like to rush right into pvt shows. Let them wait until you handle your side of the transaction. That's documenting the agreement.
You have to show CB staff that there really was an agreement that mirrors your email.

you're free to go try them out yourself if you're so skeptical. i didn't omit anything. we agreed it would be a 400 token cumshow, which is cheap but that's what HE agreed to and also what he failed to deliver. I don't have evidence because, I will say this again, he banned me from his room. I can add a screenshot showing the amount I paid him.

I kept my language rather deliberately non-committal other than to my perception. I certainly made no claim that a cam model would not agree to any thing at all. I only noted that for 400 tokens some people do very little, so I do not assume from "private show" that they meant a private cum show.

In fact. I wish we would separate the requesting of specific videos from the posting of videos. That would make such a nicer experience. Conversation like this could stay in a "webcam video requests" thread, which I would rarely look at.
