I just checked Cameo's FAQs, and it looks like they do not allow nudity of any kind.
A few places in their FAQs they reference that celebs have to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. For example, the response to "Can I ask the celebrity to say or do something specific in my request?" is:
So long as your request isn't inappropriate or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, feel free to get as creative as you'd like with your request! The celebrities do have the right to decline any requests at their own discretion, though.
But then in their Acceptable Use Policy, under Section 1(e)(iii), celebrities may not:
take any action (even if requested by another) that is, or submit, post, share, or communicate anything that is, or that incites or encourages, action that is, explicitly or implicitly: illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, racist, derogatory, harmful to any reputation, pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, or otherwise objectionable (including nudity);
(Emphasis mine.)
So yeah, I think celebrities on Cameo will be cautious about being too naughty even if they are personally pretty uninhibited.
