I noticed lately a small subdermal lump on the shaft of my penis near the head just below the circumcision scar. I can't tell if it's an enlarged circumflex vein or something else, but it's certainly swollen and mildly sensitive to touch. It's much more pronounced with an erection but does not completely disappear when flaccid. Before contacting my PCP I thought I'd see if anyone else had similar experiences.

I have had small lumps like that if I didn’t get to finish cumming like if you squeeze the head and it all doesn’t shoot out

Don’t think the Cialis has anything to do with that. I take it often and never happens

I never cut off my orgasms. Always let it flow.

So I believe I’ve self-diagnosed it as Penile Mondor’s disease, where clots or buildup forms in the superficial dorsal veins of the penis. It appears to be benign and will likely go away on its own but the general recommendation is to avoid any sexual activity including masturbation for 4-6 weeks. I’ve never gone that long without dumping a load. Never more than a week, even after my vasectomy. Anyone experienced anything similar, if so how did it resolve and did you abstain?

Never had anything like that, and I've used Cialis (tadalafil) for over 10 years.

I don’t believe it’s related to the medication at this point. I only started taking it about a year ago, infrequently.

Not sure I could go 4-6 weeks without release. Went almost two weeks once when I had hand surgery and then one day sitting on the bowl I got hard and when I touched myself I started to shoot
