Circumcised smegma

Have any cut guys found small specks of smegma on their dick, underneath the glans?

I was cut at birth but pretty loose and I have a lot of skin that bunches behind the glans, and once or twice I’ve noticed small white smegma pearls, especially when it’s been hot out or in traveling and it’s been awhile since I showered.

Yes, but infrequently. I also was circumcised at birth but, like you, very loosely. In fact, when flaccid, what's left of my foreskin nearly covers my glans. Infrequently, I'll notice some smegma under my foreskin, despite showering daily.
