Connor's best friend is a middle aged woman so age isn't a factor for who he hangs out with.

This whole discussion is so ridiculously funny, because on Locke & Key he plays a teenager. America, where it's perfectly normal for a 27 year old to play an underage character, but a 27 year old being friends with some 18 year olds is a big no-no.

And often for good reason. A 27 year old can go to clubs, book any hotel room, buy alcohol, nicotine and marijuana. All things 18 year olds in the US can't do (legally) for three more years. So in such a scenario one has to question the beneficial nature of the friendship.

Well, for one thing they’re in England so a lot of that is moot. But also, again, they’re actors working for the same company. In the entertainment industry it’s a lot more common for people of varying ages to be friends. Not to say inappropriate things don’t happen, we all know they do, but it’s a weeeeeee bit different than it is if they were just normies out in the world and there’s zero indication that anything is going on here other than some pals hanging out.

Such an American-centric response! The rest of the world doesn't follow the USA's wacked out logic or rules - especially as none of the boys in reference here are American, one's Candian and the other two are British!

I wasn't comparing any two specific people but simply just the scenario presented in the message I was quoting. And of course it was an American centric response considering it was an American centric scenario. Look again at what I was quoting:

Pointing out facts doesn't mean I'm defending or agreeing with them.

"This American bullshit exists because of another American bullshit" is not exactly the good argument you probably think it is.

No, they’re not doing a project together (yet). Connor’s trip to the UK is for leisure judging from his recent interview.

Connor has known Sebastian for some years now online through his Locke & Key costar Emilia Jones - Sebastian and Emilia are close friends and were in a film together. Connor got to know Joe when Sebastian and him started dating during the filming of their upcoming Netflix series Heartstopper. Connor is a big fan of the Heartstopper graphic novels by Alice Oseman (they even hung out in London if you go to page 13).

Joe plays Charlie and Kit Connor plays Nick. Sebastian plays Ben - who Charlie hooks up with in secret before falling for Nick. Ben is sort of the antagonist in the books.

Heartstopper tells the story of two British teens at an all-boys grammar school — Charlie, a high-strung, openly gay overthinker, and Nick Nelson, a cheerful, soft-hearted rugby player — who are one day are made to sit together. The pair quickly become friends, and soon Charlie’s falling for Nick, even though he doesn’t think he has a chance. But over the series romance blossoms and Nick and Charlie discover there’s a strong community of allies and friends around them, while also learning that there’s no "right way" to come out.

Seems like this the trend on here: Snarky comment, response to snarky comment, PHOTO (yay cuz that's what we're here for), snarky comment, pile on the snarky comments, bitch bitch, PHOTO (YAY), snarky comments for 2 pages, PHOTO (Yay finally)... LOL Thank you to everyone who shares photos!
