I think it's less americans and brits and more these famous people who definitely knows that strangers are discussing (and getting off on) their feet and therefore feels weird about it

I also think its a piece of their body that they cant change of doctor like their face pics and photoshop/makeup. Its their true raw body and its possibly their most self conscious part of them
It’s definitely a Thing among celebs, they all know about wikifeet and how you don’t actually have to be super famous to get on there so a lot of them take efforts (usually humorous) to not show their feet like that.
Netflix and the creators have confirmed that season 3 of Locke and Key will be the last.

If it’s any comfort I really don’t think the show ending with S3 is any indicator of its success or anything. It follows the model Netflix and other streamers are using for a lot of their newer shows, if season one is popular enough they go ahead and green light 2 and 3, save the season 3 renewal announcement for later to drum up excitement, then confirm it’s the end to rile up the fans. I’m glad Locke & Key was able to give some actors I really like work for a few years and I’m sure it won’t be long before we see Connor in something new.
Yeah, Netflix long ago settled into a 3 seasons and out model for virtually all content, particularly ones they don't own outright (I'm not sure if they do on L&K). It's tacky but common for them.
Let's hope they give Sweet Magnolias a season 3 Carson Rowland looks good
