Not a problem for me personally but I had a friend/partner who was huge, both in girth and length. He kept his straight up in his trousers most the time. Well to answer OP,

As some of you may know I didn't think I was that big until last year, and once I knew I was bigger than quite a percentage of my peers I started noticing a few details I was unaware. To put it shortly, it made me more self-concious.

Regarding weight, I think it weights as usual and unless you're using a cockring, injecting saline using a pump or some external factor like that, it's rare for me to notice its weight, it's just... there.
