I am not large by any means, I’m quite small actually, buy my balls and sack are quite large and that bulge can be hard to deal with. I do use briefs that are more spandex like. That can help with the bulge and placement. Nothing hurts more than sitting on your balls, which is a common occurrence especially when free balling in the summer or at home.

I am wondering if anyone has experience with dance belts -- they are basically like a jock strap but with material to keep junk snug in dance tights. I don't know if they would have to come in various sizes though.

Plenty of experience with them. The pouch is quilted and padded, so does not leave much room for larger C&Bs. The Capezio brand dance belts are probably the least padded and most helpful at containing your package. The thong in the back can be brutal on your tailbone

Not a problem for me personally but I had a friend/partner who was huge, both in girth and length. He kept his straight up in his trousers most the time. I don't have a huge one, but I have a friend with an extremely large tool and one issue he has regularly is that if he isn't careful it will dip into the toilet water. In a public tpilet that isn't 100% clean, that can lead to some issues, so he's had irritation and even infections because of it.

The problem for me is finding underwear that are comfortable. I'm not a fan of boxers, they offer no support, and briefs smash my nuts. So I wear boxer briefs. Since I am an avid runner, and the flimsy liner "underwear" is terrible, I wear a jockstrap when I run. While running is one time I definitely do want my cock/balls flopping around.
