Right. Paramount+ (Germany) green lit the second season and originally planned to air it. Viacom had so many financial issues they began to cut programming and reduce costs. They removed a lot of old seasons from their paramount+ platform. P+ decided not to air season 2 and Joyn decided to purchase the streaming rights.
Now that Viacom has been sold it’s unclear what shows they will renew. The owner’s focus is to stop the deficit the company has. Unless Joyn decided to produce the show themselves for a 3rd season, a good guess is P+ doesn’t plan on renewing it.
