Might not be, though it looks more like him than the other guy who Murlin colors gray (I noticed the colors stay consistent for each model.)

I honestly don't know. No one seems to have ever asked him. The vibe I've gotten from his IG stories is IF he isn't straight he's bi or maybe someone who knows himself and will do what feels good without second guessing or worrying about a label. Just things he's said or pics he's posted. Possibly bi or flexible, but most definitely an ally if he is fully straight.
Resources he has posted for both women and LGBTQ after tough events politically or culturally in the past were above and beyond what most allies were doing, that's for sure. And I think he's pretty much always worked with gay or bi, female, and minority artists for his big projects, fully comfortable being nude in many of them.
