I think he's too smart? Like most bodybuilders aren't very smart as to consider public perception and what product are they selling. But he's all about marketing and selling himself. Thirsty comments arrive to him everyday of his life. Single guys attract more attention than married/guys in relationships. After his situation with the sex tape he might also want to keep that part of himself more hidden and private.

I don't know, there's something strange about him. Most bodybuilding/fitness guys end up introducing their girlfriends (in videos like "Q & A with my gf"), if only out of respect for the women who play a prominent part in their lives. And you can't say David likes to keep his private life to himself, because he's never been shy about showing us his family, his mum and siblings. Apart from that girl he ineptly fucks in the video, I find it hard to believe he's just been sleeping around all these years.

I agree. You can tell his best friend Dylan McKenna enjoys the company of his now wife. Qwin Vitale has a serious girlfriend too. Most fitness influencers introduce a girlfriend. Out of the fitness YouTubers I follow David Laid, Anthony Cuocco, and Chris Heria are the only 3 known to never show a girlfriend. Anthony is religious and Chris Heria had a 2nd child recently. David Laid gives me the vibes that he doesn’t like women. Not saying that makes him gay but it’s peculiar. The sex tape doesn’t help his case at all.

I don't think he caters to gay men tbh, we can make use of it but to me it doesn't seem he goes for that as so many other ig accounts do. I think all bodybuilders would be gay if we judge it by that.

It's been years since he doesn't share that kind of content. I think he did that when he was into modeling but it didn't last long. I really don't think he's catering to gay men tbh. Besides, sleeping around comes with a certain degree of recklessness, and that doesn't square with the shrewd and calculating way in which he manages his public image, as some of you have pointed out. I thought having a stable partner was good for marketing.

I disagree. I think he has beautiful proportions. In fact, many fitness guys have way bigger bodies. If he added a little more muscle mass he'd be absolutely perfect, at least in my view.

Again, he HAS shown girlfriends. You're not watching carefully enough. And he has shown himself to be very happy for Dylan settling down, and very likely will pass on hos genes as well, because what a waste if he doesn't. Just my opinion, but David can afford to be pickier than Dylan. Qwin was apparently devastated when GF dumped him, and he's been getting back onto the field I guess. David's not into putting that much of his personal life into his vids. He promotes people and himself and his products. That's what he does. He never gets into personal stuff unless it's specifically about fitness, health, injury.

Again, he shot with him once. He didn't seem to enjoy the experience or he would have continued. Maybe someone came on to him? Maybe not. It might just not have been for him. It's too bad. He could have picked up some pointers. He's become a decent photographer, but he models poorly.
