Exactly. He's 20 now, he was 18 (!) when he used the f word, and 15 (!) when he used the n word. So I think it's pointless getting mad about what a TEEN said, specially as he seems to have grown in the past few years.
When it's "the other way around" it's usually grown men in their 40s or 50s that have said stuff like that in their 30s or late 20s. So it's a different situation. It's easier to change your "bad habits" (for example being homophobic or sexist) when you're younger, I think we can all agree on that.
First of all you cannot rehabilitate yourself behind closed doors, thats not how rehabilitation works.Yeah I'm sure he's going to rehabilitate himself to be a better person behind closed doors. Not for the sake of his public image or anything
What indicates for you that he does not want to change but only does it for his public image? These are some serious accusations, so you must have some waterproof evidence to suggest that. I'm all ears.

I always thought that he was rude with all of his followers and the way he creates content by only speaking to Trump supporters it felt like he was campaigning for Trump in a way. He was entitled as fuck and he only cared about having followers and making money so I always knew he was fake and I'm sorry but I was also 15 an 20 and I never said a thing like that about gay people or black people but I really think fooled everyone.
How would he be campaigning for Trump when he’s literally debating against Trump supporters? what? and yes, that is the “content” he creates, but that’s also the point…
I have never said anything homophobic or racist either, but I do have family members that have, and we have talked about it and how no one is on their ass about it or trying to cancel THEM because they aren’t public figures.
I don’t know you and you don’t know me and for all we know, we both could be lying about never saying shit lol (I’m not…), but I think in Dean’s case, or just any scenario where a “public figure” is caught using homophobic, racist slurs, etc. — the way they prove that they’re genuinely trying to improve starts with taking accountability (which he has) and just continuing to show progress. I don’t think his debates contradict that, but it’s cool if you think they do.
After all, morality is subjective.
