Oh I'm aware, it's insane the mental gymnastics people play to justify their bad behaviors. But alas, what is, is.
In a sexless relationship do you consider internet sexual chatting cheating or hookup sites, strip sites?
I’m sure their wives would feel differently about that! That’s just a reasoning to justify their actions.

Definitely not. I am not married at all. Was just curious about the concept because it's something I have heard a couple times before. My position was always that I thought it is still cheating, but I still like to hear some alternate perspectives. Most of the replies here seem to mostly align with my view so I would have liked some more of the "pro-cheating" side to weigh in

Curious about the concept of cheating? It's always been cheating. There is no "alternate perspective". Those that engage in this are cheaters and know it but... They "qualify it" with - for the majority of same sex cheaters, there is no emotional investment on either end. This allows their cognitive dissonance to accept the path they choose. Much like politics in our country. Sure, the reasons don't matter (sexless marriage, a need to explore your sexuality, etc...). So the desire comes and boom... Off to the races.
Also, "cheating" for MANY relationships is not just in-person cheating. It's online cam, forum, and even just porn browsing for many that are considered cheating by their partner that ends the relationship. It's never good, but it's not going away. So folks will internally qualify the reasons. So it's not "pro cheating" but rather an alternative to the current relationship. And again... Yes it's cheating.
I'm curious about how they justify it, is what I mean. Their perspective and reasoning (regardless of what you think about it)... is an alternative perspective to my own. By definition! And I wanted to hear they they had to say, That's all. No one needs a lecture

I only brought up my "lecture" because the topic of cheating comes up often. And usually has a downward spiral of judgement calls. This tends to stifle the discussions for guys in this situation. Like I said, a lot of wives here would be highly offended if they found some of the postings by their husbands here. So ya, that's what I was trying to get across. And as one of the cheaters in this group I can say it's complicated to say the least.
My smoking hot gf and I are both bi. So it's an open relationship without secrets. I know there's a gf she fucks regularly, and she knows I play around with two buddies. One of them, who's bi and vers like me, is also an awesome third in our MMF sessions
1). We don't know if your telling the truth or lying to make yourself better.
2). This has nothing to do with partners who don't know what their man doing.
For me it's cheating for two reasons:
1) I'm cheating on my wife for having any kind of sex without her, and
2) I feel like I'd be cheating on myself because while I do fiercely consider myself as bi to the core I am only bi when there is a woman with me to share the other guy's cock. Solo male-to-male without a woman present doesn't excite me and I wouldn't even want to hug or make out with him.

I think it's my prominent straight side (I'm bi, mostly straight) that, because I adore watching bi women make out with each other I was surprised to discover there were women who liked watching the guys make out with each other, so it was a total turn on for me and gets me turned on the more she gets turned on by my bi adventures in front of her. I do love being bi, but I gotta have sloppy wet clitoris in the room, even in my fantasy space.
I'm just curious if there are bi women who, like me, need a bi or straight guy in the room when they make out with another woman. It makes sense, if she was also bi, mostly straight, but I have yet to meet someone else who feels the same way.
So to answer your question, there are as many different answers as there are bi guys because each of our bisexuality is unique for each one of us.
Oh, and one last thing, when I do have MMF sex, even in my fantasies, I do want to feel love for both male and female, as I want them both to be bi. I love bi men and women who love bi women and also bi women who can accept love from bi's of both genders. So, yes, I do want an emotional love connection with both the male and female when I have sex with them because that's the way I feel when I make love with my lovers. Most of the bi males here can't deal with that, and that's OK for them as they can find what they're looking for in casual, non-emotional hookups.
It's just that doesn't work for me.
Introduce me to a male/female bi couple, though, and I'll love them both to the ends of the earth as we talk for hours at a time on how to make a bi relationship work . . . .

This is a forum and as that brings out people who are real or dreamers but in saying that think for the most part say that secrets ARE cheating. While I'm single at the moment think that very way, if your connected in any way be it gay, hetero or other and playing around it's cheating. If your that unhappy with your present situation it's time to talk and maybe move on. Times are tuff trust seems to be hard to find in relationships, why blow what might be the best thing if your in a stable relationship and if your not happy then talk to you other half about your feelings and how to move on to be more successful!

I've discovered by accident I should be way more worried about meeting a bi couple. I met one last year and it ticked all the boxes in my heart: Bi woman who loved bi male, bi male who loved her back, she had an incredibly strong vibe that begged me to love him. My heart leapt and my heart was completely unleashed as I was smitten by them both. I'd never experienced such a thing and had never even considered it, so needless to say I had never set up any boundaries for when that happened.
