Lately I've noticed my dick skin has been dry, drier than my normal skin. And it's not just because it's the winter, because usually my hands or my elbows will feel dry and/or ashy, but I've been doing my best to stay hydrated and keep my skin in good shape. But for some reason the skin on my dick, moreso the head, but sometimes my shaft as well, is just dry and it's uncomfortable. I've even resorted to strictly using moisturizing lotion to jerk off. Yes I moisturize daily after my shower. I would advise against using lotion to masturbate though. It isn’t a really good solution for that. You should use some form of lubricant meant for sexual activity.

I use jojoba oil or vitamin E oil and it helps with this kinda stuff. It will improve the elasticity of your skin as well.
