I have no idea, I'm saying it based on the videos on the web which are custom made and appear to be shared by the people who ordered it and/or himself.

Considering many of these custom videos are 30 minutes to 1 hour long with a variety of kinks, it seems to me to be more than many creators do nowadays.

From what I understand he goes now by Carter Tate and may not do customs anymore, or they may not be as reasonably priced anymore. Try emailing him I would say, his email is on his X bio @thecartertate

I bought from him in the past, but he has not responded to my requests for more. This was before OF took off. While he does not gay-bait on OF like so many others, I think he also recognizes that 30 min vids for $100+ is not scalable so he is just focusing on creating content w other WOMEN and selling is a PPV on OF. He probably makes a nice living that way and not interested in putting any more effort than needed.
