What do you wear to the doctor? New or special undies? I wear my jockey elance bikinis!

I only wear briefs, so that's what I'd wear. But I'd make sure they're a decent pair and not at all worn. I don't think I'd be fussy for any particular brand or style, though probably not a pair with bright rainbows! Normal briefs (not TWs) or tanga briefs would be my go to. Probably a pair of cotton Andrew Christian 'Almost Naked' (not the pouch ones), AussieBum, Box, or cotton Calvin Klein briefs.

For the last several years I’ve just worn workout shorts commando… I never hesitate when there’s a need to get naked anyway and my Primary Care doc and all the specialists that might need to (urologist, dermatologist, gastroenterolgist) have all seen the works many times. Since I don’t act hesitant or nervous it is just another day at the office.

I did have a dermatologist years ago that protested (mildly) when I got naked. I ended up firing him shortly thereafter for unrelated causes but he’s the only one who’s ever given any negative feedback in any way. The rest either don’t mention it at all (urologist/gastroenterolgist) or have commented it made his job easier (new dermatologist).

I wear an athletic 3inch wideband jockstrap everyday as my only type of underwear I open. So, a Bike jockstrap, or Goldberg, etc. is what I wear to any doc appointment, they have bever said anything bad or good as they have been professionals. They only time I got a double take was when I ended up in the ER unexcepted. They ER Doc unzipped my pants and lowered them seeing my wideband McDavid I was wearing but again said nothing. Wear what you want and don't worry about what anyone else is thinking,
