Downloading on JustFor.Fans or OnlyFans for Private Use

absolutely right.
I have to screen-record (from an android device, cuz iOS blocks it) all the videos from the creators i subscribed that have DRM on. it sucks.
i understand that they don't want the content leaking (like we all do here, lol) cuz after all they got they money to live from this thing, but come on, its not like 100% of your public will search online to illegally download your content, most of them will continue to pay the subscription no matter what...
Exactly, when people stop subbing to their pages they'll see what's up. I suck at screen recording so I don't even bother trying.

I don’t know y’all. There’s a lot of people who don’t even know you can download from OF and JFF so this is a nonissue for them. People are just now figuring out what DRM means…4 months after they rolled it out. It seems like this only effects a certain group of people who download vids (us). I’m not sure that group is large enough to impact a drop in subscriber count.

This is annoying. I was telling one content creator about the DRM situation and was explaining how it was effecting playback and video quality, he got all sarcastic with me saying "that ain't my problem, take it up with the Onlyfans people" and I respectfully said "It's really not OF's problem, you have the choice to either disable or enable the DRM". He got all smart again so I told him "If it's gonna be like that and you're gonna act that way, you don't ever have to worry about me ever subbing or tipping". He tries to beg me to stay and I basically let him know that you only have one time to disrespect me and once you do that you no longer exist to me. And that's on that, I'm not kissing no content creators ass
Usually that's my response to most if the creators I have subbed to. I kiss NO ones ass. My rule of thumb is I usually give the creator 1 month. To see his receptive they are, to show their ass (figuratively) and to see if the content is worth it. And to see if the paywall is expensive. Only one person passed into 5 months and that was Chase Stobbe. Hes actually the only one that was receptive, sweet, down to earth, and up front with everything.

The only reason why I stopped subbing, because his content with his gf is boring to me. Its hotter without her in the picture. And I'm bi, just not into her particularly. Other than that, I give him a 10 out if 10, with her I drop it down to an 8 out of 10.

And again, no reflection on him as a person or a content creator. Hes smoking hot (to me) perfect cock, feet, ass, body, personality, respectful, funny, smart etc etc. I genuinely like the guy. And his price, 6 bucks a month is beyond reasonable. Even his PPVs are well priced. And hes honest. He says what he will and won't do, what hes comfortable with etc.

I understand where you're coming from

I totally get that people don't want their content flying around for free, but these platforms should offer a download option (for higher price) if they're going to widely adopt DRM. I'm supposed to pay $10/month for the privilege of getting 30 sec teasers of PPV videos I can pay an additional $25-$100 a pop for all to not really own any of it at the end of the day? The economics just don't make sense for me anymore.

Is there a way to download JFF videos on apple devices?
Im on an ipad and iphone.

JFF Playlist.jpg

You first need to add the chosen video on a playlist by clicking on “Playlist,” then “Create New Playlist,” then filling in the blanks, and then clicking on “Add Playlist.”

You may then access your playlist on your userpage by clicking on “Playlists” and selecting the big icons. In order to download, you need to play the video from the playlist, select the preferred format (540p or 1080p), and then download it with any downloader.

On the download list, you may right-click the item and then select “Save link as” in order to download the item in any specific location on your computer or external USB drive.

It is best to then delete the video from the playlist to make it easier to find the next video you’ll download from the playlist.

It’d be easier if they just installed a download button like many paysites.

Sounds like a hell of a lot of extra steps just to download. Someone needs to come up with a more simpler plug and play method

Can someone help me understand how OF can prevent screen recording a video that’s playing through the safari browser on iOS? It’s my understanding that an app can know whether a screenshot or screen recording is happening (e.g. snap), but that safari does not even pass this information along.

How can what’s being displayed on screen not show up in a screen recording?

OnlyFans uses Apple's FairPlay Streaming to accomplish this: FairPlay - Wikipedia.

Indeed, Safari doesn't indicate to OnlyFans that you are using the screen recording feature in Safari, but OnlyFans doesn't need to know anyway. OnlyFans just sends a FairPlay-encrypted stream to your device, and it is the Apple FairPlay technology at the hardware level of your iOS device that prevents the screen recording feature from recording the stream.

OnlyFans uses a similar Google solution - Widevine - when using Chrome, Android, or any other Google product. This solution is also the one that Netflix uses.

Which ones do you use for firefox that are free?

Any downloader such as “Download video,” “Easy Video Downloader,” “Download Video & Flash,” “Video DownloadHelper,” “VeeVee,” etc. It may not necessarily work if DRM is in place, though.

Guys, I’ve been using Aloha browser. It’s amazing. But I guess I didn’t think this through entirely. Where do I store all of the content I saved? LOL. Also is there a more convenient means of saving photos?

I have external hard drives for all the content I save. Either people do that or store them in a Cloud somewhere
