As far as Johnny is concerned it is some speculation based on Dylan's past.
Dylan liked bottoming with Jackson and boasted about how hung Jackson was, 8.5 inches.
We know Dylan bottomed with others too.
But as you have said you have not the time or inclination to find out for yourself or interest in knowing Dylans history.

This new one's writing style is almost identical to that person's, They share the same position on Dylan and both have propensity to bow up against anyone who closely follows Dylan or speaks negatively about him.
