I hate it when extremely fit and very attractive people say they look terrible. No self-awareness. Even if they think that, they should keep it to themselves. How are the rest of us supposed to feel? It makes you wonder how they think those of us who are not as fit and attractive look.

Nah, body image issues can affect anyone, and it doesn't mean anything about what the think anyone else looks like. Regardless of how hot you think they are, people have a right to speak what is true to them. Keeping that shit locked away only makes it harder on their mental health. Maybe don't project your own insecurities onto other people

seems a bit entitled?... but idk. I don't think celebs need to coddle the feelings of us "regular folk"

There never was a debate about his political views, that was just a strawman someone came up with.

Going too far there.
There was definitely a debate about his views.
Many of his social media contacts the past 2 years and his wrestling mates were Republican or to the right. His step-father is also Republican - Dylan has said so. Dylan is now following his step fathers path by going to Army.
His whole OOF series of interviews on YouTube was I believe setup by Michael Gruen to promote and expose youth to young Republican influencers.
Starting OOF (Out of Frame) Dylan did a few fluff interviews to get going and gain an audience and then did
John Cats Jr - Trump supporter and donor
John Matze - CEO of Parlour
The audience wasn't very big so it ended there. He uploaded a previously recorded interview with Matthieu Lange as the last hurrah.
I think Dylan fully knew he was being used but saw it as an opportunity and thought he could use them. I wonder how much he was paid.

Personally I think Dylan is independant, who is anti Trump, will occasionally vote Republican, but will probably vote Biden, if he votes Nov.
But I could be wrong.

I have BDD, but I have the self awareness to not say that kind of stuff out loud. That’s what therapists are there for. It’s not the kind of thing you should be saying on social media for the rest of the world to read or hear.

How is that entitled? Super attractive people have the right to feel bad about their looks or bodies, but nobody wants to hear an extremely attractive person say they look like shit, especially on social media for the entire world to read or hear. If they have body image issues, that’s what therapists are there for. And I say this as someone with Body Dysmorphic Disorder. It’d be fine if he stated on social media that he has body image issues, but to say he looks like shit when his body is better than 99% of people? That just screams a lack of self-awareness. Yes, he has put a lot of work into his body, and I don’t want to take anything away from that, but he’s also very privileged to look like he does. Not everyone has the genetics to be as attractive or fit as him. He won the genetic lottery.

This is you, saying it out loud. Which is fine. Because sharing these things provides a larger context for interacting with you. The same way him sharing his body issues does. There is a way to share these things that can be manipulative or harmful, but I don't think he was doing that. It wasn't to excuse other behavior or convince people to buy things, or to make any kind of claims about the value (aesthetic or otherwise) of other people. He was asked about shirtless pictures and took the opportunity to open up genuinely.

Regarding this self-critical body shot Dylan posted.. I don’t think he’s necessarily talking to you when he posts stuff like that. A lot of his friends and IG followers are as hot as / or hotter than Dylan is. Models, influencers, actors, bodybuilders, etc. He knows they’re looking too, and are as critical of themselves as they are of their peers, including him. Where you might see beauty and false bravado, they see humility and room for improvement, and Dylan must know that.

A problem with social media is that when you follow people you don’t know (especially attractive ones) it is way easy to fool yourself into thinking they see you and are speaking to you, when they really aren’t.

It's not a REAL debate, it's simply a lot of speculative cobbling together of data points that have been overly invested by posters with some hidden meaning.

In case you didn't get it.. the more someone says "I look terrible" the more adoration and compliments he gets from him fan base.
I'm very well aware of that and it's irrelevant to my comment but thanks for your contribution

Does Dylan smoke cigarettes often now? I saw his instagram post and now recently on his snapchat stories he has been seen with a cigarette on his ear.

He's always been a smoker but hid it for a long time.

He’s not a smoker. The follow up snap said he stole it from his friend’s pack and propped it on his lip as a joke. It didn’t even look lit.
