Jackson is not even THAT much interesting... just two white boys that dated for a brief period of time.
It's not really about them being individually interesting or not. There are/were a lot of obsessive parasocial fans (mainly girls) who just became infatuated with "Jylan" as a concept and couple and maybe some just can't let that go

Exactly, i assume that is Dylan interacting with a fan account not with jackson.

Hear me out some fans do drag it ALOT. But it’s kinda hypocritical he can easily ignore the comments, block accounts, and or keep things to himself. He loves the attention but doesn’t like prying into his personal life. Well then don’t talk about your personal life you’ve learned your lesson move on. At the same time he knows his relationship with Jackson is what started all his fam and popularity .

the only reason dylan has 700k followers is cuz of jackson
if dylan hadnt dated jackson he would prolly have a few thousand followers
before jackson he had like 5k followers

I dunno, can you imagine if you broke up with someone and then for YEARS afterward, strangers who somehow became invested in your relationship were contacting you about it, sending you pictures of you and your ex, telling you they hoped you would be together forever, etc? It is very weird behavior. He's clearly not handling it gracefully, and in his shoes I would probably just stop having public social media accounts rather than trying to shoo people away individually, but I totally understand why he's so upset.

Should he have expected this by making his relationship so public in the first place? Probably, yes. That doesn't make it ok.

I'd have suggested it's because he was young that he didn't expect the rabid fans from how he broadcasted his relationship, but I don't think I would have expected it either lol.

These ppl have no chill.

I think that’s a fair point. Maybe he naively didn’t originally realize all the crazies that were going to come out of the woodwork, if he started posting about his private life.
But then AFTER all the stalkers started surfacing, he not only continued to post about his private life, he even got an OF account.
Sorry, but those really don’t seem like the actions of someone who’s been traumatized, and now regrets ever posting about their personal life.
