What I find more interesting is I hadn't been accused of anything despite sticking up for Dylan once or twice in the past. I think some people can't handle the truth that the poor students who go to Ivy Leagues or other universities, including state schools, sometimes get a near free tuition because they're otherwise exemplary students. The tuition from higher income students subsidizes their education as well as alumni donations.

I think I need to clear things up here. I'm legally obliged to comply with DMCA requests. So if any performers contact me with a DMCA request to remove their content it has to go. That isn't up for debate.
Threads discussing a performer does not fall under that law. It's very different. We don't have to remove threads discussing a performer. That said we aren't in the business of being at war with performers. Long term vision and plan for LPSG is finding a way for LPSG and performers to work together. I'm not in the business of burning bridges. Especially not with performers that you guys clearly want to see more of. Doesn't it make sense that we find a way to work with them and bring you the content of them together rather than a few people stealing and peddling their content on here? These guys are trying to earn a living. Every time you share content they are charging for you are essentially stealing from them. Think about that.
The only times I consider removing a thread that simply discusses a performer is when that performer is getting unfairly attacked.
Yes. So Michael Hamm's thread had some allegations about his pricing and what he delivered. He requested the thread be deleted because he felt it was slandering him. I know a lot of performers don't deliver on the value they charge. I think that's BS. If a performers scams users and are outed for doing it I will not remove that thread. In this case, I had two stories. One claiming Michael Hamm was a great performer and he delivered for fans. The other saying he was a scam. I asked the person attacking him for proof and he had none. So I deleted the thread. I think that was the fair way to settle it.
