I've seen Edison in person, and IMO, if you take away the Photoshop, cosmetic surgery, and muscles, he is honestly just average looking. This video is a bit dated, but it's closest to what he looks like without all the smoke and mirrors.

It's amazing... looks really different. Sadly for the heavy editing people the lie dies when reality shows.
