No not necessarily. They don't release streaming numbers but it had zero impact on social media, literally no one was talking about this show and there were already two PLL spin offs that flopped similarly. The Gossip Girl reboot did not do well and still got two seasons and that was with a way bigger built in audience than PLL.
Since season 2 is set in the summer, I hope if they do something by a beach or pool they put him in speedos
hopefully they switch to something picturesque like wealthy suburbia again, that Pittsburgh-style run-down industrial setting of S1 is ugly as hell.
