To be fair, I think his story is rare even for the states. But it could also be a regional thing too. I grew up in New York and most guys in school were cut, but there were still a fair share of uncut guys. I'd say like one out of every 4 guys would be uncut. But this could be because there is a large immigrant population in NYC, as well as many Latino people living there. The south might be different. Certainly, after having lived in California for many years, I see almost as many uncut cocks as I do cut ones. So this stat clearly varies significantly depending on which part of the country you're in.

Seems my parents generation were born at home and intact. Whereas my generation we were all born in hospitals and mostly cut due to the prevailing trend. I have read that before the 1960s the Dr. did not have to have written permission from the parents to do an operation and a curcumcision was thrown in with tonsillectomy or appendectomy.
