Smoked pork butt that was frozen then reheated upon the bbq, double baked potatoe, and some mixed veggies just to round off the meal. Not to mention a glass of white wine prior.

A How To
One manner of enjoying a Rib Crown meal.

Wrap your rib crown with foil to just the top. Fill your crown with a desired filling. This particular one is potatoe and carrot boiled then pureed seasoningsalt and pepper to taste. Garlic, oinion, Jalapeno, celery, chives all finely chopped and xtra old cheddar shredded and mixed in. Pop in oven@ 280-300F When filling internal temperature reaches 180F its ready. Peel down foil slice out a rib dipping into that nice gooey filling. Finger food or plated.
