I’ve been using a DTR and weights that I improvised to use with it. I might start using the internal push plate with it. Maybe even do some of these manual stretches. How often do you do your methods?Yes, method2. But I also use method7 frequently.

Thanks for the information.My routine is 15/20min tugging when I wake up, then 2/3min each time I use the bathroom during the day and 20/30min tugging at bedtime. I do this 6days/week and also wear o-rings from time to time

Totally agree. Wish I would have continued when I started back in my 20s. But I back at it now and I AM NOT stoppingHey man. I personally think if you are considering restoring. I suggest u start sooner rather than later. As i restore i do become slack and dont always retain or stretch which means it is taking longer but so worth it. Gain something back that was taken . KoT

How consistent were you? Daily, multiple times a day? How long did you tug for? Fill me in !What's important is the gain. Slow or quick, as long as we get it back! Restoration requires loads and loads of patience...unfortunately, but as you said, it is so worthy doing it
