If anyone is curious, here is a video showing my sheath as it is now. When I started restoring, I did not cover over limp.

How consistent were you? Daily, multiple times a day? How long did you tug for? Fill me in !

I had (and still have but a bit more relaxed now), a very strict routine and I really made sure I was respecting it:
- 10-15min tugging in the morning before bathing
- 2-3min tugging EACH time I was using the bathroom during the day (and I drink a lots of water so I would go many times)
- 15-20min tugging at bedtime
I used to do this 6 days/week, for nearly 3 years.....

Your making excellent progress, I am using a DTR, wear for 3-4 hours a day. I also like to pump my cock, that adds a bonus as the effect is stretching skin, with the additional skin I can fill a 2" tube faster than before and each pump supports the growth of new skin. Keep it up, love to run ones tongue between the head and skin, nothing like it for both!

Foreskin restoration with manual methods, which trigger mitosis (multiplication of the skin cells). It is an easy but very slow and long process, but it really works!

Not really. Just manual tugging methods to stretch the skin by the scarline in order to stimulate inner skin growth in the area between the scarline and the glans

I've been doing manual tugging for about a year now and went from CI-1 maybe CI-2 to start to CI-3. I want to get more serious about this and push myself to CI-5 in 1 1/2 to 2 years. I'm really considering getting a DTR, has anyone else used one and what's your personal experience with it? Are there any other (relatively cheap) options that are discrete like the DTR that you've used? Thanks guys!

DTR all the way. Been using one for about 10 months

As long as you have enough limp coverage to cover and grasp the bell, you should be good to go with one.

Unsure of other options. The TLC works like the DTR but has metal components and is more expensive.

I'm just going to revive this thread real quick with an update.

I ended up getting the DTR with the standard push plate and everything was fine at first but as it turns out the frenulum remnant is sensitive enough to where I need the notched push plate. The only problem is I don't have the money to get a notched one. Does anyone have any idea on how I can turn the standard on into a notched one?

I would think you could create the notch with a rotary tool like a Dremmel.
