As far as we know, from what we can observe...yes, they are still together. As said above, Zane was with Froy pretty much during the entire movie promo tour, at various events with him (in the background), and he attended the premiere in LA and the NYC screening (took pics with fans). They also add many of the same people on instagram, often around the same time. Zane also always comments and likes Froy's posts on instagram, and often posts whatever project or photoshoot Froy has in his own stories, often with a sweet little caption.
