Not really. He may not get a "leading role." Shouldn't stop him from getting supporting and/or background appearances.
Also there are so many actors working in Hollywood who have porn / nudes all over the internet. Simon Rex for example has a porn past but was still able to book big movie roles. Noah Centineo's nudes famously leaked but he's still booking big roles as well.
