The first one you're describing is Boots and Saddles, which I used to have a VHS copy of. I remember that scene at the end where Jack busts in and saves the guy, who might have been tied to a cross by the Neo Nazi (unless I'm getting it confused with something else). I think the second one might have been Dynamite, but not sure. I do miss the attention to the movie-like qualities that XXX used to have, even if it was oftentimes a bit cheesy, at least filmmakers used to put some effort into things like cinematography, plot, storylines, etc. Sometimes the buildup can be hotter than the actual sex, if it's done right.
