Me neither. I am curious though on how they’ll adapt the next arc of the comic, as the events that take place during the second volume and therefore the second season, are what causes Edwin and Charles to meet in the first place, but in the show they met 50 years before such events take place

For those curious about what happens on the comic:

Spoiler: Sandman spoilers

Lucifer quits being the king of hell and lets demons and sinners out of hell as he retires and gives the key to his realm to Dream/Morpheus.

That causes Edwin’s school bullies to find Charles at his school and end up killing him as well. Edwin then befriends Charles and both make a deal with Death, who will come looking for them once they solve the hell problem as she has to go pick up a lot of lost souls again.

Edwin/George was always gonna pop up in The Sandman regardless, the scene with Despair was a later addition and laid the foundation of his comeback in that show, however I'm not sure we're seeing Charles, Crystal, Cat King or anyone else. MAYBE if they're generous enough, if/whwn DBD officially gets cancelled, The Sandman team will gave the BDB cast pop up here and there, or give them a proper goodbye in a separate episode
