this notion that today’s youth are so much more dumb than every previously generation, is a furphy. Look at the footage of the teenage nitwits screaming themselves into a froth over the Beetles back in the day. This golden era of youth enlightenment never existed. It’s just a notion created by oldies to make them feel better about themselves.
I guess when you're young and conventionally attractive, you don't need to develop actual social skills or intelligence because everyone will treat you better by default. Of course that would create an attitude of self-importance, immaturity and entitlement in anyone. Unfortunately, age will hit you (which due to genetics may be kinder to some than others) and you are treated like every other person on the street. It must be a tough readjustment for a lot. That's the future I imagine for a number of social media celebrities (mostly those who flaunt their looks over developing a marketable talent, skill, craft or even a real personality) especially once they realize how easily replaceable they are and the depression sets in. Hopefully, Grant has some ambition outside of TikTok which may be discontinued anyway due to spyware concerns.

Yeah pretty much. He's a beautiful guy who revels in the attention. Most of his content isn't the most unique or creative but still I find myself watching it. His voice is soothing too. I wouldn't describe him as a douche as seems harmless for the most part. He does seem to have a need for constant validation due to the high frequency of stories/posts which are extremely repetitive (same winking, tongue stuck out and V-sign gestures, same good morning/night post, same begging for likes and comments on his posts, etc) and I only followed him for a week. He probably is becoming more narcissistic though thanks to hanging out with all the other TikTok/IG influencers/wannabes and their echo chamber.
Pretty sure he just wants money lol. Every live he does he praises donations he gets and promotes his merch. He's just taking advantage of his popularity idk why some of yall worry about him much.

Well, I agree. I don’t think grant or any Tik Tok boy is worthy of the discourse on this page lol but in 2020, if you look like this, people are willing to throw their money at you. It’s a mutual thing, where they on some level know sex sells and they get fame, however fleeting.

Grant is cute but yeah. He does seem to have little to offer besides his looks and he certainly doesn't seem ambitious enough to do something like modeling, acting or whatever. Since those are actual careers that require training, talent and persistence to get anywhere. He already seems financially well-off actually given his home and how his family looks. This whole social media thing is probably just a hobby for him and he discovered he can make tons of money exploiting his looks. He'll probably just go to college, get an actual job and live a normal life, once his social media fame runs out. So I see no harm in him making extra money by flaunting his beauty if people are willing to pay.

I admire all hot boys on tiktok but I envy all of them because of how easy life is for them. They do the bare minimum on tiktok or post a picture of themselves on IG and get rewarded with millions of followers and likes. They make a living simply because teenage girls and gay guys want to fuck them.
They posse no talent whatsoever but half of them will end up making hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars by the time they're 25 because they're attractive and can just make a video staring at you and it will get more views & likes than someone who spends their entire day making a creative video that won't get the attention because they're not good looking.
Just doesn't seem right when most in our society will struggle to make ends meet, busting their asses off. Working a job they hate, while hot girls and boys can probably match what they make in a year simply by posting some cringe tiktok dance or a picture of themselves.
