Sad thing is, some of these celebs really don't give a fuck to do some research of who are these people offering them money to say this and that as long as the money on their side is legit. This is why fans must never get too obsessed with any celeb be them big or small. Your celebs can be not too bright but that doesn't mean you just have to obey and follow their hypocrisy and stupidity.
