you can't believe what netflix shows as trending/popular on their homepage because they often lie about that as a way to push shows. like that jupiter's legacy show that was supposedly number 1 and the most popular show on netflix and it turns out it was a flop, netflix was just saying that to get people to watch it.
today was actually the first time i saw netflix advertise this show to me, as when i opened netflix, it was at the top of the homepage. it premiered last week and only now netflix decided to advertise it to me. and when i look at that dumb top 10 trending in my country, it's not even on there.
i think the fact tumblr and twitter only seem to be posting shirtless gifs of gregg shows that this isn't really that entertaining of a show, or they'd be posting funny bits too

For him yes…there are some honestly funny moments during the series. Not the best series they have done but might survive to a season 2

I don't think Netflix lie about success this show isn't in top 10 in my country anymore lol (there's some kids shows that's ALWAYS in the top 10, I don't know who watches it so much.. but it's like soap operas so it's like 100, 200 or 300 episodes I understand why it's so constantly watched)

Yeah, like the so called youtube "trending page" or home page even. A complete mess, nothing but what they think we should/must watch rather than what we want to watch or our 'watch history'.

I think things got a little superfluous in this Netflix-binge era mainly because they release an entire season in the same day people watch it entirely in a day.. this may be why I see a lot of people complaining about Netflix, even originals, they still have a lot of great content and I'm sure no one have time to watch everything, but also, who wants to see something made 2, 3 years ago? People need something new all the time
