Low-dose Cialis (or generic), 5 mg or 10 mg daily, as prescribed for BPH (to help with starting urination or a weak stream) also does a great job of keeping a guy "semi-hard" all the time. I have mild BPH (enlarged prostate), so my doctor prescribed it without hesitation when I said I sometimes had trouble getting a stream started. Pumping also helps if done regularly every few days.

Yeah, I went from grower to shower mostly with an extender and a wrap. The wrap was my ads, or all day stretcher. I should have a video in my attachments using an elastic ace bandage. I’d use that or a theraband wrap.

I probably had a 3.5-4 inch flaccid and now have 5.5-6 inch

I’ve too basically gone from a grower to a show-er. There are still some instances when there is retraction like exercising, before-during and after taking a dump and being physically cold.

Extending is such a pain in the ass… I rarely do it. It literally crushes the spongy tissue which although not deleterious enough to hurt erections, is not conducive to girth gains.

The flaccid gain is from pumping.

I’ve gained around 2 inches of flaccid length and around 2 inches of flaccid girth.

That said, I’ve been pumping for over 2 decades so… this is to be expected.

Same here. Even soft, I'm firm.

How long did those gains take you and how much tension did you use?
