What do you guys suppose the reason would be for the modesty in being nude? Is it penis size, being uncircumcised, or more so a fear that someone might record them without them knowing? It could be a combination of all but I suspect that the fear of being recorded is the biggest fear today with cameras being so prevalent. i can only tell my own experience-
i live in tel-aviv, israel and recently being naked in the gym's locker room became much more common among young men (20s-40s). probably most of them are straight and are not looking for cruising or anything..

That is an absurd response to a fear: wearing a sock over your dick?? That only draws attention to it.
