Berwick st? showering in pants is such an odd flex. Particularly in a hot yoga studio, imagine everyone is very sweaty. How old were they? Assume it wasn’t a nude hot yoga session?

Age. Probably mid to late 20s. Both in great shape so they shouldn’t have anything to be shamed of.

I go to a local LA Fitness - where the majority of folks there are anywhere between the ages of 20-60. Most guys do not shy away from getting completely naked when changing, and also walking around to and from the sauna, showers and lockers.

Our sauna can hold about 7-8 guys and the majority of them cover up, but some of them do go in completely naked which is very freeing and also helps me to be more open to being naked too.

Our showers are great - they are individual stalls - about 5 of them on each side - and none of them have curtains. I have seen and been seen by many guys, who have made passes at me but I typically just smile and let them enjoy the show. I've seen guys jerking off in the showers and some even hooking up in them - which can be hot. All in all, it's a great place to be seen naked and to show off your body.

Disappointing but kinda common for London. I’ve not been to the nude yoga sessions there but it’s on my list to try. Hopefully some more 20/30 somethings like me can show them the way in the showers.
