I was stupid enough not to look on here for his reputation before buying into his vip, where I was told by chat that I would see fully naked dick pics. He's being intentionally vague knowing that the thirsty will read what they want to believe and empty their wallets because of it.
Technically, he gave you what he said he'd give you.
Any of the content providers that are being intentionally vague, are not going to give you want you're really wanting.

Yeah, agreed. It’s *technically* not a lie, but it comes about as close to it as you can get without ensuring that OF would give me a refund. It’s still sketchy as hell. Honestly I didn’t expect what the caption implied, I’m not THAT naive, but I did expect something better than what I got.
