If I was him, I wouldn't focus on competitions, I'd take in that lean physique and work with that, he was recently sponsored by Gymshark because he has a more relatable physique, it's much easier to achieve his physique, than one with big lats, delta, chest etc. He's a lot like FraserWilsonFit in that regard. He gets a fair amount of abuse post-show because he too delusional in thinking he will achieve 1st/2nd/3rd with that physique.

As he struggles to gain muscle, the worst thing he can do is his usual 5-6 month bulk. He would be best leaving the shows for 2-3 years, so that he can solely bulk to gain that size, just like Joe Fazer, Dave Trains, James Beard well did, they all bulked for 2-4 years before they cutted. Because if your rotation is to bulk for 5 months, cut for 3-4, then maintain like Hayden's is, you won't gain much, especially if your metabolism is as fast as his.

The thing with Frasier from my understanding(just like Dave and James) they worked double even triple in the months,leading up to their competitions(and mind you they had smaller stature frames for their ages and routines) they wasn't there just for a pump(any one can do just that) saw the guy "Timzilla or formally Timgray18" he was small but had size and strength. He got better,and stronger he's curling 60s-80(I'm not asking Hayden to do this but damn) but look what will eventually kick you into 4th or lower(hes not that much lower in age than him)
But back Frasier, he's actually 4x times what he needs(but he's in his class by weight,however he can hold his own against the more bigger,stronger guys in his division no questions) he doesn't eat fast food either. Most of these skinny guys eat far less(you can not do that and except to win) not happening. Hayden once said it's tough cause most use steroids or enhancers(dude,you have to eat,your fill..but you are eating far under your weight class)
If you remember Artem Joutchov,that guy was skinny(people gave him all kinds of problems on the net) eventually he got bigger without roids,and he's competed also in adult teens and mans division but he put in the extra work. The guys in youngla, they only eat to look Aesthetic they aren't genuinely trying to bulk up,they have the quality yes(but that will only carry you a few years if that) again you what 19-25 years old, eat your fill(you can't eat bird food lol) stop trying to look strong
