Honestly knowing that he's been training for years and didn't build more muscles is kinda demotivating. Like if what your saying is true than I don't have to feel if I don't manage to build lot of muscles but that also seems like a sad truth if you get what I meanThat's reality when steroids aren't involved.
Gaining around *only* 5 pounds of actual muscle per year is a realistic but difficult target and is what is to be expected for someone staying 'natural'.
People, especially young people do not realize that so many of these Insta-fitness celebs who are selling products, plans, or coaching and have a financial reason to be as big as possible are going to be using steroids or hormones to do that.
